Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, device, IP address or household is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on tk9997 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). We support the following payment methods:

Deposits must be sent only from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
4.3 Verification Process
tk9997 reserves the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals. Failure to submit required documents may delay the withdrawal process. In accordance with anti-money laundering policies, we reserve the right to review suspicious transactions.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
tk9997 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. No bonus above ৳5,000 will be given under any circumstances (example: depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, total ৳17,000).
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount received. No bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonus offers are single-use only, unless stated otherwise.
- Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
- Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- tk9997 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If misuse of bonus benefits is suspected, tk9997 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, forfeit the bonus.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
All bets on the tk9997 platform are recorded electronically. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven. tk9997 reserves the right to cancel bets affected by suspicious activity or technical issues at its own discretion.
6.2 Game Results
Fair play is ensured across all games. If a live game is disrupted due to a technical issue, the result will be determined according to system records. The result as determined by the game provider will be considered final.
6.3 Maximum Bet Limits
Maximum bet limits are set for various games and events. These limits may change from time to time, and the information displayed on the platform will apply as the most current limit.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk9997 platform:
- Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
